Whitley Parish Council
The Parish Council was formed immediately following the passing of the Local Government Act 1894 under which Parish Councils were created. There are currently seven Parish Councillors, elections occurring every 4 years. 
The Parish councils meets on the followind dates during 2011 at the Village  Hall
