The Village Hall and its adjacent playing field is the centre of village social and recreational activities. It is managed by trustees, some elected annually by the community and others nominated by the village organisations.

Annexe
The wet weather has put the builders slightly behind schedule but the brickwork and roof structure should be in place by the end of April, assuming reasonable weather. We are still targeting the end of July for completion and are about to choose fittings for the new kitchen and loos. We are also turning our thoughts to a makeover of the interior finishes of the existing hall in the summer.
Annual General Meeting
The AGM of the Trustees will take place on Thurs 15 May at 8pm in the Hall. Business will include the presentation of the accounts and Chairman’s Statement for the year to 31 March, the election of six Ordinary trustee members (committee), and confirmation of the village organisations’ representatives. This is also your opportunity to raise for discussion, any issues concerning the Hall and its use. We promise not to press-gang anyone onto the committee but new faces and ideas will be welcomed.
